Finding the right licensed Loan Originator is key and my team and I are here to help. We will start off with an initial conversation, I would love to get to know you and your specific home loan needs. I will ask you things like: where are you looking to purchase, how much would you ideally like to spend on a monthly basis, what type of property are you interested in, is there a specific loan program you were looking into? By answering a few simple questions, we can calculate your buying power and help you determine your next steps. Establishing a solid foundation for your loan is essential to make the home buying process seamless.

Step 2

The Pre-Approval

By this time you’ve handed us everything short of your first born in order for us to put together accurate qualification terms. This customized pre-approval letter and worksheet will outline specific loan type and qualifying power. With these documents in hand you’ll be able to confidently submit an offer on your dream home.

Step 3

Contract Accepted

Congrats, you’re officially under contract! At this point, our team will continue to gather any other information it needs along the way. While there are many steps to the loan process, it’s our goal to guide you through the loan process with ease.

Step 4

Approval

You’re in the homestretch. I am working diligently alongside our amazing team of Underwriters to cross all ‘T’s and dot the ‘I’s. Once all requirements are satisfied, Our Underwriter will issue a final commitment; and we can move on to closing!

Step 5

Closing

This is the step you’ll be most excited about. The home of your dreams is just a few pen strokes away. We’ll help navigate you through the final steps leading up to signing loan documents and celebrate with you after the closing.

Do I have to pay points?

No, our traditional rates don’t include points. But if you’d like to buy down a rate, that’s an elective option if you so choose.

How long does the loan process take?

Every loan product is different, however, my team and I strive to close most residential loan scenarios within 30-days.

What states do you do mortgages in?

Currently I am only licensed in the state of Florida.
